THE WEDNESDAY WIZARD
There were stinky animal skins hanging on the walls, covering gaps in stone where the wind whistled in. There were wooden cages piled in one corner and filled with shrunken animals squirrels and stoats, lizards and toads, and one extra small monkey with a unhappy face like a upset man's. There were shelves of bottles, bowls, carved boxes, crispy plants, stuffed animals, and growling human skulls. Magic hung in the air like a mystery.
